Leadermed and its medical personnel are committed to protecting the health of individuals, families, and society as a whole.
The objective of medical activity is to provide healthcare services, treat infertility, conduct in vitro fertilization, and protect, maintain, and restore human health.


In the course of medical activities, Leadermed and its personnel adhere to principles of respect for human dignity, fairness, compassion, protection of confidential information, as well as professional ethical standards. Special attention is given to the protection and confidentiality of personal data, including sensitive personal data, except in legally defined exceptional cases.

• Due to the specifics of services, medical indications, and/or the treating physician’s decisions, additional costs may apply. For such information,please contact the Leadermed registration desk.


• After an initial consultation with a physician, the patient/client may require additional consultations or services.


• The client/patient has the right to withdraw from the service agreement and receive a refund before the provision of medical services begins. Once the service is rendered, the client/patient forfeits the right to withdraw from the agreement or request a refund. If the service is terminated prematurely, Leadermed will not refund the cost of already provided services.
 

• The client/patient has the right to obtain information from the registration desk regarding available medical services at Leadermed types of access,pricing, and payment methods.


A valid identity document and/or passport must be presented by the patient prior to receiving services, along with advance payment at the registration desk for the intended medical service.


• Medical personnel have the right to refuse provision of services if:

 

  • Continuity of medical care can be ensured elsewhere;

  • The patient is not in a life-threatening condition;

  • The patient does not require emergency care;

  • The physician’s life is under threat;

  •  Or if objective circumstances prevent the provision of medical assistance.

Discrimination against a patient, physician, or any other individual is strictly prohibited on the grounds of race, skin color, language, sex, religion,political or other opinions, national, ethnic, or social origin, property or social status, place of residence, disability, illness, sexual orientation, personal dislike, or any other basis.


• The patient/client has the right to receive comprehensive and objective information in a form they can understand, and to seek a second opinion regarding their health condition, except in cases defined by law.


• If the patient refuses to receive medical services, Leadermed disclaims responsibility for any adverse outcomes resulting from the lack of treatment.


• Clients have the opportunity to submit a formal notification or complaint to the Leadermed management/director by using the official complaint form available at Leadermed. The completed form may be placed in the designated complaint box at the clinic or submitted electronically via the complaint form on the website.
The complaint form, both physical and online, allows an individual/client to report to Leadermed’s management any suspicious action or potential violation of rights by Leadermed or its employees.

Leadermed will review each complaint/notification within ten (10) working days of receipt, with full confidentiality maintained if the person so wishes.
The client also has the option to remain anonymous when submitting a complaint or notification.
However, in cases of anonymity or non-disclosure of the sender's identity, Leadermed will not be able to provide feedback or communicate the outcome of the complaint/notification.
